As a dietitian, I believe you can look good and feel great when you fuel your body with the right foods, have a positive attitude, and exercise. I specialize in helping my clients reach their optimum health by creating realistic and obtainable goals with them. I also offer nutrition classes and presentations for small groups.  I am continually expanding my nutrition knowledge and I am in the process of becoming certified as a sports/fitness dietitian.
